The bowling community is full of wonderful and gracious people, but my guest on this Ten Pin Life podcast might just be the pinnacle of those two adjectives.
This week I am blessed to be joined by Will Mateffy. Will is the pro shop manager at The Bowler’s Lounge at Sun Ray Lanes in the Minneapolis area and avid competitive bowler. Will bowled collegiately at Minnesota State – Mankato and qualified for the Intercollegiate Singles Championship in 2016. He also holds three CBA championships, but his bowling accolades only tell a part of the story.
I met Will while I was bowling a few events and we became instant friends. His camaraderie is unmatched and his joy for the sport and helping others in it is infectious. His competitive nature is intense but also very well focused on the task at hand, not at the people around him. I am so blessed to call Will my friend that I had to ask him to share his story.
